How do we proceed when you come to us

When a new client come to us to work on a project, we like to proceed in steps in order to accompany them in the best way, a way that suit their needs and their goals.

First of all, we start with a ‘discovery interview’. The first step is for us to meet, in person or by videoconference, to discuss your needs. At the same time, it enables us to determine which type(s) of strategy will be most useful to you. Perhaps you need a branding strategy only, or a communications strategy only, or perhaps both. Different criteria will determine the ideal type of support.

Then, with the first answers we get, we do our initial research, study the information you’ve given us and, above all, decide together what’s needed to achieve your goals. (Brand creation, identity renewal, communication campaign…).

Then it’s time to get answers to all the questions the first steps have raised, whether it’s your vision of your brand or your objectives. We’ve drawn up questionnaires that will help us understand you, where you see yourself in 5 years’ time, but also your long-term vision or even the consumer problems you’re solving. This approach is very important, as it often enables you, as an entrepreneur, to visualize “the bigger picture”, and allows us to see it too.

 

And now it’s time for us to delve deeper into the process of research and analysis. This includes comprehensive market research, trend reports, facts and figures, and competitor analysis. If your brand already exists, or if you’ve decided to focus solely on a communications campaign, we’ll also look at what’s been done in the past, to give us an idea of what to do next. The same applies if you want to give an existing brand a facelift.

Thanks to the conclusions and information gathered during the research stages, we can now synthesize our ideas, map out strategies and work on content and lines of thought. In short, what emerges from this stage is a comprehensive recommendation addressing changes or novelties in brand strategy, or the communication axes and objectives within a strategy.

Then, for this final stage, we present you with all the elements drafted in the form of recommendations and accompanying documents. Of course, afterwards, you’re not left to take the plunge on your own: we discuss new best practices and the elements to be put in place. From then on, you’ll have in your possession, guides, examples, ideas and strategic directions to follow to help your brand become what it deserves to be.
